It's always exciting when we get to deliver full short sale approval in less than 45 days and yesterday that happened!! Our clients, who have experienced some financial hardship and were $200,000 upside down, needed to sell their home in Culpeper. We were able to get them qualified for a HAFA short sale (in our opinion, that's the best) which means their lender (Chase) waived the right to go after them for the deficiency and they qualified for a $3,000 relocation benefit. Now they can start moving forward and rebuilding their lives. If you or someone you know needs to speak to a real estate professional, please give us a call at 540-347-5277 or e-mail us at
info@MillerPropertiesOnline.com. It's always our pleasure to help!!

Thanks to the hard work of our team and a smooth transaction with Citi Bank, we were able to get full short sale approval in less than 45 days. Our client had 2 mortgages, both with Citi Bank, and had a clear hardship. Not only was the short sale approved without any seller contribution, but Citi also agreed to waive their right to pursue the customer for the remainder of the debt. This is one of the most important things we try to include in the approval letters. If you have any questions about doing a short sale, please let us know.
