After negotiating for 90 days with Wachovia and getting full approval, the original buyer pulled out. We had to relist the property, but because we had the "approved" price, we were able to get a great offer, resubmit, and get full approval within 5 days. We found Wachovia to be easy to deal with. They requested some additional documentation we were not expecting, but after satisfying their requests, it was a seamless process.

Our team just received another Chase Short Sale Approval. This time we received full approval in less than 30 days. From list date to settlement, the entire process only took 90 days - that's better than some of our regular sales.
